  1. Perkins Loan awarding is no longer available. If you require additional information, please contact the FSU Office of Financial Aid.
  2. The Perkins Loan Office is responsible for the post-award administration and collections on Perkins Loans awarded by the University's Office of Financial Aid. The office is open 8:00-4:30 Monday through Friday.

  4. Would you like to make a credit card payment and have your loan brought current today? Now you can use Discover and MasterCard to make a payment. Just log onto www.heartlandecsi.com and select the "Pay My Loan" option. If you do not have a user ID, select the First Time User link, or call 1.888.549.3274 to pay by phone.
